??????Receive incoming goods,pack and preservation, check material/physical condition and to identify the discrepancies between goods and document (delivery order/purchase order/invoice) with respect of existance relevant procedures and wok instruction. In line with process, the compilation of reception document shall be submitted to procurement/account department. Reporting is necessary when it is coming from project site.??????Manage the allocation of registered inventory item into the correct location bins.??????To perform expertise on materials item coming from dismantling of equipment from workshop/project.??????Responsible to provide the information to requisitioner for all non-inventory?part delivery and to propose codification of part number if necessary.??????To handle and to serve projects/sales order, pick the order list , packs and crating the item with respect of demand required date/dateline per customer order therefore close the reservation with issuing into system. In line with process, the end date for all picked item must be presented as for information.??????To handle and to serve the workshop demand and reservation , pick the order list , packs and deliver to requisitioner therefore close the reservation with issuing into system.??????To handle and to serve the material for assembly /fabrication of parts for supplier therefore close the reservation with issuing into system.??????Conduct regular stock checking and cycle count therefore perform reconciliation of discrepancies into the database system.??????To ensure all material/parts are located at correct location (location accuracy) the re-arrangement of non -suitable location bins must be performed and the identification signage at location must be presented.??????In line with activity associated to inventory management the entering data into a database of IFS system is a must thus to maintain up-to date stock & inventory records,??????Responsible to control the inventory movement and ensure the accuracy of inventory item is always at acceptance level.??????Manage the good housekeeping in warehouse and storage area. All activity in warehouse must be in line with 5S methodology.??????Have the authority to not allowed other person to enter the warehouse and storage area except with authorization and agreement.??????Internally to be involved with any activity / initiative/movement/training if required by the organization.To work as part of a team and prevent each process associated to store & inventory from bottle neck, to work closely and to provide/share info with others supply chain team members in doing the daily job.
