All NC KSA campuses also offer a foundation program for English language development.Applications are invited for the position of Coordinator, Stakeholder Engagement & Strategic Partnerships, Niagara College KSA. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Development Niagara College KSA, the Coordinator, Stakeholder Engagement & Strategic Partnerships is responsible for assisting the Business Development department?s operations mainly in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia with specific KPIs including identifying and securing relationships with new clients, assisting in developing and presenting business proposals to external stakeholders. This position is based in Al Khobar but may include frequent travels within KSA.Responsibilities?include?but?are?not?limited?to:?

  • Assists in developing and optimizing strategic linkages and partnerships with all levels of government, community, education, business, industry and international education sectors to secure new educational and training opportunities in a competitive and diverse educational marketplace
  • Establishes, grows, and maintains business networks with key strategic partners and sectors identified via labour market intelligence
  • Identifies relevant tendering opportunities and follows up with appropriate tenders and proposals in coordination with the Business Development Team
  • Meets proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, entering and monitoring tracking data; coordinating requirements with contributors; contributing proposal status information to review meetings; transmitting proposals and RFPs
  • Establishes positioning, identifies target audiences and develops marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Assists in the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Analyzes customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Creates, maintains, and conducts analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extracts key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, completing formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Plays a key role in the development and implementation of effective recruitment and marketing strategies to support the college?s strategic enrollment plan
  • Completes the pre-enrollment template/information
  • Analyzes new enrollment data in order to identify best practices
  • Analyzes and manages all communications tools used throughout the marketing and recruitment initiatives
  • Develops effective communication scripts, materials, or other promotional touch points
  • Initiates, researches, prepares and responds to requests for campus and program information from the public
  • Coordinates and participates in off-campus and on-campus recruitment activities for potential trainees such as high school visits, community events, campus information sessions, and campus tours
  • Builds partnerships with local stakeholders within education (High schools, MoE)
  • Develops a comprehensive direct marketing/recruitment strategy focused on relevant above the line recruitment activities (Open days, High school visits, Guest speakers, etc.)
  • Builds partnerships with relevant stakeholders within the community
  • Actively procures access to venues in which our target demographic lives
  • Develops and delivers presentations to secondary schools, on-campus, community events, and direct promotional activities
  • Communicates with potential trainees, community stakeholders and key influencers to recruit trainees and build institutional and program awareness
  • Uses the organization digital platforms to engage and track possible leads
