Headquartered in Australia, we are a global company that prides itself on providing safe and high quality services that exceed our clients? expectations.SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI) AdministratorPosition Roles & Accountabilities:?Oversight of setup and configuration of SPI projects?Oversight of project SPI procedures - fit for purpose?General day-to-day oversight and management of project SPI usage?Oversight of project SPI Service Requests in process ?Liaison with between project and Saudi Aramco EK&RD concerning SPI issues that may impact standard templates.Knowledge / Experience / Competencies RequiredJob Specific Knowledge:The SPI Administrator is the SPI product owner for a project, and is responsible for overall SPI system setup, configuration, and day to day operation. The SPI Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all projects are configured per project standards and requirements. The SPI Administrator is responsible for general overview of project SPI implementation/execution as.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;?Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco SAES-A-202 and SAEP-334 standards.?Liaise with Design Systems Manager for system improvements and modifications?Implementation and setup of SPI projects in the Al-Kobar office to project standards?Coordination with Lead Discipline Engineers/Designers, as required?Input into development, and implementation, of new procedures, guidelines and workflows, as required?Management of project specific SPI Guidelines and general input to changes into SPI procedures?Produce project Job Notes as need to improve project efficiency and work practices?Consolidate/Merge SPI databases and trouble shoot issues.Industry Specific Experience: ?3+ Years SPI use at an admin level?5+ years EPC engineering/design.Education ? Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:?Tertiary degree/certificate, preferably engineering backgroundIT Skills:Required skillsoAbility to install SPI software and configure for project use, including but not limited to;oSoftware installation and configurationoProject creation and archiving, backups, and restorationoProject configuration; Permission groups, project hierarchy, WBSoCatalog and Symbol DevelopmentoDrawing and Report ConfigurationoGeneral drafting abilities, all aspectsoDrawing and report creation and extractionoAbility to use InfomakeroA detailed knowledge of SPI Table structuresoA detailed knowledge of SPI Import ModuleoKnowledge of SPI deployment for Multi EPC or workshare ProjectsoReport Development including customized reportsoDatabases and deliverables compliance verificationoHandover of Project design and reference dataoMulti-discipline workflow co-ordinationAdditional beneficial skillsoKnowledge of SmartSketch and MicroStationoKnowledge of Oracle, C language and Visual Basic oAbility to write SPI Specifications and User GuidesoKnowledge of SPI implementation requirements.oExperienced with the Merger Module and being able to trouble shoot issues.oFamiliarity with the Project As Built mode functionalityoAble to compare and synchronise various SPI templatesoFamiliarity with estimating, scheduling and executing SPI implementationsoSQL Server and Oracle database familiarityoExperience in Hosting SPI projects for Multi EPC or workshare projectsoAbility to provide training and instruction on SPIoKnowledge of SPI Operating Owner ModePeople Skills:?Good oral and written communication?Open to alternate views/ideas?Ability to take instructionOther:?Working and delivering in a multi-cultural environment
