Conduct, execute and supervise installation, Testing, commissioning, start-up and troubleshooting of the electrical power system equipment at customer premises?abide the international standards & EEIC procedures to achieve customer satisfaction,
Initiate and execute site plan.
Assist in problems investigation and identify solutions.
Support and Provide technical advice for the site team. ?
Follow up site progress and reconcile the activities with the customer master plan.
Manage and submit expenses of site activities.
Study electrical scheme drawings and interface with engineering.
Perform Testing and commissioning activities according to international standards and customer specifications.
Investigate, diagnose and repair faults/ problems detected at electrical power system equipment within a limited time
Identify?and focus on customer requirements.
Possess sound knowledge of industry and customer standards
Coordinate site activities with customer engineering disciplines and QA/QC.
Receive/listen to customer complaints/concerns (keep customer voice channel on) and intimate corrective action.
Convey complaints massage to proper channel inside the organization.
Report malfunction and propose corrective action.
Measuring customer satisfaction index for the site activities at the end of the project.
