Identify, cultivate and build new customer partnerships with service contractors in the HVAC space by understanding problems and/or needs and creating a dynamic action plan designed to meet teambuilder in-depth knowledge and industry trends and customer needs bringing insights to the forefront.
Cultivate a network of influential contacts to achieve sales objectives Work collaboratively with marketing, e-Commerce, and customer experience teams to maximize initiatives by sharing customer specific knowledge and developing proactive sales tools
Knowledge of documentation & procedures required for testing, balancing and commissioning of equipment/services.
? Assists in the development, review and approval of construction plans, including goals and objectives, work breakdown structure, detailed scope descriptions, detailed schedules, risk management approach, milestone descriptions, Shop drawings, as-built drawings, budgets and staffing requirements.
Able to read and interpret and prepare the HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and P&ID drawings and quantities wherever required.
Able to review and interpret the Mechanical specifications along with overall specifications.
Assists in the introduction of new methods of construction, equipment, and machinery to improve the construction process.
Manages, expedites, and supports consultants? and construction document submittals, budgets, and schedules.
Operates in an environment conducive of logistic planning and productivity measurement.
Implements the safety rules and regulations are communicated to the workforce and that they are fully enforced
Monitors all project team construction works, subcontractor works to ensure their compliance with the job specifications and time plan.
Ensures controlled material/equipment wastage at site.
Conducts daily meetings with site supervisors to organize work scope for the day/next day.
Assists with the development of new Engineering standards and maintains and improves existing standards and guidelines, implementing industry and company best practices.
Acts as a subject matter expert regarding some mechanical engineering activities.
Interacts closely with internal teams to ensure that project needs and objectives are met.
Prepares engineering scope documents, exhibits, budgets, specifications, schedules, and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Participates in engineering, design, and construction review processes.
