-Experience in preparing scope of work and construction specifications.-Specification writing skills and familiarity with US Master Spec system are essential.-Preparation of estimates for RFP.-Responsibility of the design development of projects from concept to design completion.-Applied knowledge in building codes and passive fire protection (IBC, NFPA, ICC A117)-Strong and in-depth technical reviews of the design documentations and compliance with building codes and standards.-Applied knowledge in Saudi Aramco standards, procedure and best practices.-Preparation of MTO and coordination with the estimation/ procurement team.-Excellent CAD skills in Microstation/REVIT, knowledge of BIM systems is a plus.-Candidates should be registered Architects (SCE) or in the process of applying for chartered registration or Chartered Architectural Technicians with post graduate experience, preferably with multi-discipline teams.
