KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:? Following a systematic distribution of security staff to ensure the safety & security of all the areas.? Managing all the activities relating to the fire division.? Responsibility for analyzing and taking decisions in making a security plan that covers the resort 24 hours daily and 7 days weekly to ensure running the resort?s security operations and managing it during emergencies.? Making security and fire incidents reports when happening and documentation.? Supervision on all ESC department tasks and operations, both office work & field duty.? Maintain excellent cooperation with all HODs to prioritizing security plans and risks management.? Planning and following up on training security staff to always improve their performance.Related Experience: At least ten (10) years of experience in the Military Police is mandatory for this role.
