Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scaffolding Project Manager to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in project management in the scaffolding industry. As a Scaffolding Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of scaffolding projects, from planning and design to execution and completion.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  2. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
  3. Manage all aspects of project execution, including procurement, logistics, and scheduling.
  4. Supervise and coordinate the work of scaffolding teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  5. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion.
  6. Prepare and present project reports to clients and senior management.
  7. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  9. Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  10. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project activities and ensure adherence to project plans.
