Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager in the Pest Control industry to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the pest control industry and a proven track record of driving sales growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their targets.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying their needs and providing solutions to meet their pest control requirements.
  4. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management, analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities for business growth.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to ensure the smooth execution of sales strategies and the delivery of high-quality services.
  7. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the companys services.
  8. Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and develop strategies to win new business.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  10. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pest control industry.
  2. Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales targets.
  3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  6. Knowledge of the pest control industry, including products, services, and regulations.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  9. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  10. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
