Develop and maintain good relationship with Client must have experience to work with them.
Maintain good communication to ensure the work keep going smoothly.
Have good leadership qualities being part of team, work and manage a high-performing sales .
Set sales targets and motivate/work with team to achieve and exceed them.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain documents and follow ARAMCO procedures to get ARAMCO approvals.
Have knowledge of how to compliant ARAMCO requirements to get certifications related to scope of work.
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by addressing client�concerns and resolving issues�in good way.
Contribute to increasing company profits through fruitful customer relationships.
Search for new prospect customers in the defined territory which includes existing accounts and new accounts.
Ensure achievement of all sales target and analyses all company objectives.
Manage typical conversion rate, sales call, revenue, and other reports in a precise manner for accurate evaluation.
Ensure dynamic communication with clients through online and offline modes, thereby promoting company products and services.
Collaborating with the design, development, and executive teams to understand a product or a service for subsequent promotional activities.
