We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team.Responsibilities:- JED System:? Entering the purchase order system for (trucks and passengers).? Verify all the entered information, and if the tire is not available, we perform a stock transfer.? Enter Local purchase order, and the local Match Voucher.- Invoice:? Archives? Ensure the completion of all invoices and arrange them according to the serial no (PO, DN, Stamp).? Report all the invoices in the excel sheet.? Entering the invoices for OFSAT company on SAP system.- Helpdesk system:? Entering the gifts purchases in the system.- Quotation?s:? Generating quotations for the clients.
