Job Description

Required female candidates (SAUDI National)Summary:The Sales Support Coordinator ensures that proposals and contracts are generated and managed efficiently and effectively and that the customer set up process is completed in a timely manner. This position also supports the Regional Sales Managers and Division Managers in generating accurate proposals and in reviewing the prospect census, pricing analyses, and discounting analyses to ensure accuracy and completeness. Also acts as a central point of contact for facilities and office support for staffed and remote offices that the Coordinator supports. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and the ability to effectively interact with multiple internal departments.ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales support, including proposal and contract generation.
  • Data entry of client set up information.
  • Strong user knowledge of internal systems and processes.
  • Escalation point for Sales personnel for system and process procedures and policies.
  • Providing ongoing process improvement recommendations and enhancements.
