Provide daily feedback and updates about operations and products to the sales manager.
Maintain store upkeep and make sure it complies and is standardized with company policy.
Monitor the execution of merchandising strategy in compliance with Group guidelines.
Ensure all product prices and barcode labeling are in accordance with company policy.
Highlight to sales manager suggested store maintenance and follow up on execution.
Investigate lost sales and customer accounts.
Suggest to sales manager ideas for marketing promotions.
Contribute to the team effort to achieve sales targets and monitor store upkeep.
Act as a role model of good behavior and high performance.
Keep the team motivated and working together with enthusiasm and positivity.
Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
Collaborate with other company departments and segments of management to establish and execute responsibilities.
Maintain a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
