Job Description

  • Analyze base project characteristics and updated project reporting.
  • Develop a Project Risk Management Plan and ensure compliance.
  • Organize and prepare for clients driven and internal driven risk workshops.
  • Incorporate the identified project risk events into project Risk Register, help in the assessment stage and update the Risk Register as needed.
  • Develop with Project Mangers Action Mitigation Plans, monitors their implementation, and highlight any deviation from the mitigation plan.
  • Create reports, summaries, presentations, and process documents to display results.
  • Monitors the implementation of response actions and report status.
  • Develop Monte Carlo simulations to quantify risks identified in the Risk Register.
