Major construction contractor in Saudi Arabia require a Quantity Surveyor to work in the Head Office Tendering Department. Candidates should have experience as a QS in the Tendering Department of a contracting group in Saudi Arabia with the following:?????????Architect or Civil engineering degree (4 years/Bsc ) and background.?????????Minimum 7 years of experience?????????Must be using MS excel and AutoCad and REVIT (or similar) efficiently & comfortably.?????????Must have tendering / quantity take off background and experience.?????????Teamwork oriented, and with analytical skills.?His Duties & Responsibilities will be:?????????effectively executing spec reviews/drawing reviews / material & quantity take offs from drawings and verifying the BOQs provided by Client?s in Tender package
