Role SpecificMonitor all cost relating to a particular project from the initial stage to the final closure as directed.Assist in the Certifying of all progress claims including managing the payments for sub-contractors and supplier as directed.Assist in the preparation of bill of quantities which detail all individual work components for the project as directedAssist in the cross checking and forwarding final accounts along with deviation statements covering any variations from contract work as directed.Prepare project value summary sheet at outset of the project.Prepare element valuations for stock valuationsEnsure detailed and accurate documents and records for projects are maintainedAssist in the preparation regular valuations for all work and agreeing same with client?s representativesMaintain records of value of all outstanding work per contract.Generally, be proactive in the collection of payment for products and services.Ensure the company?s requirements in respect to its quality management and other Management Systems are always taken in to account.Prepare reports as necessary.Ensure records are maintained for contracts in particular ensuring correspondence with the external customers are appropriate.Ensure response to all customers (internal & external) queries and enquiries in a timely and proactive fashion.
