Job Summary:We are looking for a Facility Technician to maintain our facilities and ensure they meet health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tasks such as conducting repairs, inspecting equipment, and coordinating with external vendors.Job Responsibility:- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs- Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance tasks- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairsCandidate Requirements:- Proven experience as a Facility Technician or similar role- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks- Strong attention to detail- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
