The QC Engineer will be responsible for conduct inspection for material receiving ,Plumbing , HVAC System , Piping , Welding & Coating , Mechanical Equipments and final inspection with respect to Quality requirements.
Based on general guidance, objectives, applicable standard & specification and some specific work will be assigned from the Project Management and TQM to supervises the performance for QC Function , Work & Material Inspection , Auditing , Preparation and Review of Quality documents including ITP , Check List , MOS ,Quality Procedure and Records.
Main Responsibilities:
Monitor and supervise the inspection of all mechanical activities such as plumbing , HVAC , Piping , Welding , Coating , Steel Structure , Static and Rotary mechanical Equipment Develop Quality Procedure, ITP and Checklist for steel structure fabrication and errection.
Conduct inspection of the Mechanical activities starts from raw materials till final handover
Monitor and inspect going inspection and testing activities through concern project quality /construction & production representative
Ensure that the PQP and defined Quality requirements including ITP , Check list , MOS , PTS and applicable standard and code are being followed at projects
Coordinate with concern representative such as Construction Manager, Project Manager , supplier /Vender / Third Party and TQM Manager for quality implementation
Provide Technical assistance to project team for improvement of Project Quality & Progress
Prepare and Review the Project Quality documents till completion of project along with dossier.
Understand engineering procedures/interfaces for all disciplines across the project and reflect in Quality Controls deliverables
Provide the Projects Quality Records and bottleneck including Inspection Log , NCR and Pro- active Log , calibration Log , Lesson Learn and Quality concerns to TQM Department
Inspection of Welding preparation , welding activities for steel structure and piping materials
Co-ordination:
Coordination with TQM Department , Project Management , Supplier /Vendor , Third Party Inspection , Client and /or Consultant
