Job Description

Responsible for providing technical and commercial support to the sales staff, preparing bid documents, cost estimates and proposals, and managing the proposal process from start to finish.

  • Develop detailed proposal plans for engineering projects˙
  • Prepare cost estimates and work schedules for proposal development
  • To follow-up for timely execution of the orders on a regular basis
  • To record the progress of all enquiries and translate into a monthly report
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • To keep a track of all orders and if any issue report to Commercial Manager.
  • ˙Assist in the preparation of technical presentations and responses to customer inquiries
