The Project Quality Manager will be reporting directly to QA-SHE Manager in Head Office and indirectly to Project Director with the following Roles and Responsibilities:? Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment, specific specifications, and QMS requirements.? Monitor Project Quality activities such as Site Quality activities based on requirements.? Advise on setting up the improvement guidelines for the Project and ensure improvements are implemented.? Ensure continuous adherence to customer/client Quality requirements.? Coordinate with management, concerned functions, and clients to resolve project issues to the satisfaction of the company and its customers.? Act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality.? Execute Project Quality audit program & schedule and perform the Project Quality Audit within the project in coordination with QA-SHE Department in Head Office.? Advance quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the project.? Take full responsibility for hold-point releases once all QMS functions have been completed, and the equipment is ready to go into the next work stage.? Develop and implement inspection activities and processes.? Oversee the supervision of all QC, inspections, and testing plans activities.? Report the Project Quality Audit Results to Corporate QA-SHE Manager, Sr. Operation Director, and Project Director.
