Job PurposeLead the planning activities of the projects in the Area; prepares/reviews the Project execution plan and schedule with the planning teams, ensuring alignment between tender planning & project planning, in compliance with company policies and standards, while maintaining timely and accurate project delivery and identifying risks.Job DutiesProjects Planning FrameworkPrepare the Projects Baselines schedules and review the ones prepared by the Project Planning team ensuring alignment with initial schedules and execution plans submitted with the Tender.Load all schedules with resources in terms of Manpower/Workforce & Equipment in line with the submitted tender scheduleCoordinate with the Project Team MembersAlign the project schedule with the projects? pre-requisitesPrepare reports with the planning team and follow-up with concerned departmentsEnsure that project schedule re-baselines are completed on timePrepare along with the Planning team and the Project Management team a mitigation plan to overcome project delays, once occurred. Assist with dispute resolution and claims planning matters (Extension of Time), including construction scheduling, delay, and disruption analysis.Prepare a Project Summary status for all ongoing projects on sites to be shared with Project Management, Area Planning Manager and Senior Management teams accordingly.
