Job Description

We have an exciting role for an enterprising engineering project management professional who is an expert with Primavera P6. The role is dedicated for one of our top clients and will require travelling depending on project requirements from the HQ to the project location.The crucial responsibilities are as below:

  • Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; discovering irregularities; determining continuing needs.
  • Enter customer data to the main Database and ensure the projects data base is updated daily as things change
  • Gather information updates from various internal stakeholders like engineering, materials procurement and production
  • Monitor and issue weekly project (WO) status report
  • Prepare and issue status and schedule reports as and when required
  • Attend project status meetings and updates project plans accordingly
  • Participate in project closing process.
  • Coordinate deliveries and shipments through close coordination with Production and QC
