Job Description

We are looking for a Production Supervisor who will work collaboratively with the other members of the Roastery department. This individual will help supervise a team of Production associates relative to their completion of daily physical and digital work. The position will also help manage the workflow in a manufacturing environment, to manage the production line fully. From forecasting & buying raw material to delivering the goods to the consumer.˙RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Seek improvements and develops tools to enable and measure department efficiency and growth
  • QC for the roastery ? Manage and elevate Production?s fulfillment efficiency and quality
  • Time Management ? ensure coordination with related departments and manages delegation of daily work requirements
  • Raw material management ? Ensure enough stock on hand, from direct materials to indirect materials, to keep production moving
  • Scheduling production ? Planning, routing, scheduling, dispatching, and execution
  • Team management
  • Equipment & maintenance
Experience:1.˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Essential : 1-2 years? experience in factory management, English written & spoken, coffee passion, team leader. Saudi nationality. Bachelor?s degree in industrial management or similar. Coffee Passion.2.˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Desirable : Certified roaster
