The successful candidate will be responsible for all the Procurement related issues.Key Responsibilities:*Procuring civil construction materials in accordance with project specifications and requirements,*Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors,*Analyzing market trends and negotiating prices and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement of materials,*Coordinating with Procurement Manager, project managers, construction managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve procurement issues,*Evaluating suppliers performance, delivery, and quality of goods and services,*Preparing and managing procurement schedules and budgets,*Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations related to procurement,*Providing technical assistance and support to project teams regarding procurement activities,*Ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site,*Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities and expenditures.
