Participates in checking activities of U/G piping design, comprising plot plans, equipment orientations, general arrangement drawings, isometrics and material take-off.
Reviews and checks preliminary and final U/G piping drawings using Auto-Cad, PDS and PDMS.
Prepares U/G piping scope of work and man-hour estimates.
Prepares preliminary U/G studies from plot plans and flow sheets.
Prepares, develops and reviews with high accuracy U/G piping composite drawings of areas of the plant.
Prepares and update U/G piping specifications according to project requirements as well as U/G Standard details.
Participates in supervising the technical work of the department and provides technical assistance as needed.
Prepares preliminary design sketches for completion by designers.
Reviews suppliers? documents of equipment / packages.
Handles field queries and conflicts during the construction stage.
