Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, this role involves supervising and executing the entire range of Personnel Management and Administration functions for the company, including frequent engagement with staff, working with regulatory entities, inter-department coordination, and front-ending personnel interfaces and transactions.EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or any similar discipline is essential for this role.
  • Advanced HR Certifications from a recognized global body like CIPD or SHRM are preferred but not a limiting factor.
RELATED EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 05 years of related work experience in Personnel Administration with at least 03 years in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and Government Management Systems/ ERPs mandatory and essential.
  • Must be adept in Personnel Calculations (end of service, government payments, leave balance, etc.)
  • Excellent Proficiency in the English language is a must.
