Assist in legal documentation, contract negotiations, follow up on legal matters with government agencies, franchisees, vendors & suppliers as per instructed by the legal director.
Ensure conformity with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by reviewing contracts and agreements formed with all concerned parties.
To provide accurate and timely legal advice as needed on all corporate matters and law.
To support the legal director in the identification and management of legal risks to the organization.
