We are looking for an Operation Manager for the Certification Business of a leading MNC.The ideal candidate will have to do :

Effective Auditor Management.
Joint responsibility with sales in achieving P&L with maximizing revenue and reducing operational cost
Ensure optimum distribution of workload and maximize auditor utilization.
Monitor and control operational expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives to bring operational efficiency
Liaise with sales team on regular basis
Ensure lowest TAT possible
Build strong relationship with client and provide customer excellence.
Create and maintain relationships with clients and strategic accounts
Implementation of operations action plan in agreement with top management
Monitoring of operational performance and counseling to team (individual development, motivation, assessment, feedback)

? Lead the payment collection process and ensure minimal outstanding on clients.
