Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team and help ensure the smooth functioning of our operations.ÿ?Responsibilities:?As an Operations supervisor at Alrashed Tires Company, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinating day-to-day operations activities to ensure efficiency.
  • ?Managing and scheduling appointments for our sales team and technicians.
  • Monitoring the progress of our technicians and ensuring the timely completion of tasks.
  • Providing support by assigning new technicians when needed.
  • ?Managing equipment resources effectively.
  • ?Managing the cost.
  • ?Collaborating with the production manager to verify inventory levels.
  • ?Handling invoicing and efficiently closing orders.
ÿ?Requirements and Qualifications:?To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • ?Bachelors degree.
  • ?Saudi National.
  • ?Two years or more of relevant experience.
  • ?Experience in the automotive or car-related industry.
  • ?Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • ?Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • ?Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening.
