Roles and responsibilities:

Engages the MS Dynamics 365 project implementation team and end-users to architect and develop D365 solution.
Customize the standard Forms as per the business needs and develop new Forms as well.
Work closely with Functional implementation Team for Setup and Configuration of data.
Develop and support interfaces/integrations between Dynamics AX and any external and 3rd parties systems.
Customization of the standard Reports as per the end users requirements.
Develop new reports and customize the standard reports as per the business needs.
Work with super users and departmental users in the testing of reports and customizations.
Adhere to and help enforce the software development life cycle.
Gather and review functional requirements with key users
Advice best practices and processes? in the system.
Troubleshoot problems reported by Dynamics AX users.
