To review and understand the contractual obligations for technical service delivery.
To lead the development of the mobilization plans, which reflects the Technical Services contract scope and agreed processes.
To Co-ordinate all specialist and SME activity, oversee, update, and own the day-to-day management arrangements for this activity, including access to records, site including security vetting, PPE etc.
Identify and document all follow up actions arising from DD and mobilization activity and allocate to appropriate person to be actioned.
Prepare and manage contract and site-specific risk register during mobilization phase and hand these to Contract lead once steady state has been achieved.
Prepare and record safe systems of work for all activity in line with TS Ways of Working manual
Oversee and support as required due diligence and mobilization projects, capturing salient points for escalation where there are gaps and identification of process to be documented in the technical operations guide.
Prepare regular internal status reports identifying current and potential risk and opportunity
