? Accountable for the success of the discipline team in the Home Office (i.e. KSA) as well as Supporting Offices (i.e. primarily Hyderabad)? Organize and manage all aspects of the workload for engineers and designers allocated to his the team within the parameters of a project schedule and budget.? Establish a list of discipline deliverables. Control, monitor and progress these deliverables to an agreed schedule and cost within a project.? Preparation of the Basis of Design(s), work scope(s), man-hour estimate(s) as well as the workshare execution plan(s) and/or workshare release package(s) to high value engineering office in Hyderabad? Technical assurance including but not limited to Checking or approval of calculations, technical notes, requisitions, specifications, drawings and/or other deliverables produced by the discipline?Cost Management and TIC Saving Opportunities? Accountable for the development, promotion of initiatives and specific decisions to improve cost effectiveness of the discipline? Actively promote curiosity within the team for the generation of savings to the project?s Total Installed Cost (TIC).?Management and Development of Team?? Pro-actively plan mobilization and demobilization as required for the discipline for one or more projects? Continuously monitor the performance of the team in terms of the forecast to complete cost against the project?s budgeted cost and revenue? Training and development of personnel? Actively promote communication within the discipline. (including Hyderabad) and other disciplines (primarily Home Office)?Compliance with CONTRACT and Customer Focus?? Compliance with Regulatory, Legal, Quality and other requirements including but not limited to technical standards and applicable procedures.? Maintaining a co-operative and helpful attitude to colleagues and customers while respecting the lump sum control basis and requirements for Project Management of Change (MoPC).
