and QualificationsPOSITION SUMMARYThe IT Applications Analyst for Inventory Management and Serialization is˙responsible for requirements definition, functional design, and technical support within the SAP Inventory Management module as well as˙Serialization and Track & Trace solutions using SAP AII/EM (Event Management)/OER areas and Supply chain management..˙Included responsibility of this position is product and lifecycle management for the SAP Inventory Management module as well as appropriate integration with SAP and non-SAP solutions.˙Integrated non SAP solutions include mobile appplicatios and Web applications.˙The individual will be responsible to drive sustainable, operational excellence in the delivery of new application enhancements and existing services.˙˙˙POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESThis position is accountable for the following:˙˙

  • Facilitate busess process discussions, to gather and document business requirements which ensure ?value-add? and meet the client objectives
  • Consult with mobile application developers on mobile interface design, design mobile screens and provide wireframes as part of functional documentation.˙
  • Lead and support both SAP technical development resources and .NET development resources through the development and testing cycle as they design and development code to meet functional requirements
  • Assist with developer testing and deployment of bug fixes and enhancements related to SAP Inventory Management and˙SAP AII Serialization and its mobile application interfaces.˙
  • Work with the Change and Release Management team to ensure representation and coordination of projects throughout the change and release process
  • Actively participate in design discussions and code reviews
  • Understands both Agile Methodology, project execution approaches and provides guidance to additional teams
  • Work with vendors to design and implement new functionality
  • Continuously drive excellence in the areas of optimizing services and work processes, improving quality and reliability and lowering total costs
  • Responsible to deliver and maintain existing services, resolve incidents and problem management and meet SLAs as well as provide rotational on call coverage
