Job Description

Job Title: IT Administrator (Saudi Nationals Only)Location: Al KhobarSalary: SAR. 8000Purpose of the Position:The IT Administrator will handle all Helpdesk & First Level support for Ongoing ProjectsKey Responsibilities:

  • Provide support of helpdesk services for sites and offices. Resolve hardware and software application issues over the phone or face to face through accurate diagnosis of the problem. Alternatively, escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT team to achieve a positive result.
  • Support and report activities and ensure that the works are carried out efficiently, effectively and in line with best practice, policies and procedures.
  • Monitors the data centre dashboard, Act according to the guideline from department Manager.
  • Assist IT Support Engineer in preparing and updating all installation and troubleshooting steps in the check-list document to ensure consistent, prompt service delivery to ends-users.
  • Maintaining and preparing of records and documentation such as notebook, mobile receipts, user creation/deletion, network modification, drawings, inventory, and other documents for all projects.
  • Communication with Service Providers, Suppliers, Client & Subcontractors related to New / renewal of Assets, service, or warranty.
  • Assist Line Manager to discard / sale of obsolete IT Assets as per Company standard procedure.
  • Follow set of approved asset management guidelines and procedures while moving assets in and out from IT Store/Department to ensure compliance to department policies and international IT standards. Ensure all new assets are tagged and updated in the asset management system as per the policy to ensure efficient management of IT assets.
