Purpose of the Position:The Internal Audit /Manager will be responsible for effectively managing multiple audit assignments to achieve audit objectives and deliver quality work. This includes preparing audit plan and programs, leading the teams and preparing audit reports.-Perform risk assessment and prepare internal audit plan (risk-based) and audit programs for each assignment.-Supervise internal audit assignments to ensure achieving audit objectives and completing work in a timely manner.-Review working papers and ensure the sufficiency and appropriateness of the performed work to support audit findings.-Perform critical audit procedures in a systematic and disciplined manner and with proficiency and due professional care.-Review and document business processes and procedures.-Identify problem areas or areas for improvement and recommend effective corrective actions.-Prepare audit reports and communicate audit findings to management.-Perform follow-up on implementation of agreed corrective actions.-Assist in preparing the annual risk-based audit plan.-Evaluate the performance of subordinate staff.Supervision, training, coaching and development of subordinate staff.-Establish strong relationship with business units.-Perform special audit assignments and other tasks assigned by audit management.
