Working closely with the team leaders on the Job Analysis, Job description and grading.
Propose an appropriate and attractive compensation and benefits scale, as well as non-monetary retention strategy to attract and retain high caliber talents.
Partners with Hiring Managers to develop and implement full life cycle recruitment strategies.
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen and assess applicant qualifications, skills, and experience to identify the best-fit candidates.
Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.
Conduct reference and background checks on applicants.
Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
Track appropriate metrics to measure results, impact and cost effectiveness of recruitment programs.
Responsible for the Mobilization of the new joiners.
Manage all of Employees Relations aspects within the division and work closely with the top management to align HR practises with the business needs.
