Job Description

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within our organization. You will play a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
  3. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
  4. Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking and performance management
  5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including employee contracts and policies
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources management
  2. Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia labor laws and regulations
  3. Proven experience in recruitment and selection
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
