Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring that HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing and interviewing candidates
  3. Administer compensation and benefits programs
  4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  5. Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
  2. 5-10 years of experience in HR management
  3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
