HSE ManagerResponsibilities :?Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management system for the project, ensuring compliance with Aramco?s HSE standards and regulations.?Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to identify and address potential hazards.?Monitor and audit HSE performance on the project site.?Investigate incidents and accidents and implement corrective actions.?Ensure safe work practices are followed by all personnel on the project.?Provide HSE training and awareness programs for workers.?Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reports.?Liaise with Aramco representatives and other stakeholders on HSE matters.Requirements:?Bachelor?s degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (required).?ARAMCO APPROVED MANDATORY.?Minimum 5-7 years of experience as an HSE Manager in Construction.?Proven experience working on large-scale Aramco projects (highly desirable).?Strong understanding of Aramco?s HSE standards and best practices.?Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job Location : Khobar
