The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.??Responsibilities????????Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback Manage Payroll and benefits for employees????????Develop and implement HR policies and procedures and ensure all policies are in line with the group policies and comply with the local labor law.????????Accountable for Saudi payroll and all government processes and platforms in KSA.????????Manage recruitment and selection and ensure that vacancies are filled by the most talented people and in the most cost-effective manner.????????Develop short- and long-range strategic plans for effective recruitment, development, and utilization of human resources.????????Manage human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, counseling, and disciplining staff; maintaining compensation; resolving problems; implementing change.????????Oversees and manages a performance appraisal management system as applicable to the Company, to establish a systematic way of evaluating employee performance and drive high performance.????????Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.????????Assess training needs to apply and monitor training and development programs.????????Report to direct manager and provide decision support through HR metrics.????????Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
