Job Description

We are a leading equipment distributor, rental, and aftersales provider in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are looking for HR Specialists who will contribute to the organization by fulfilling the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Managers across the company and ensure that the s are in line with current work processes, policies and business requirements.
  • Work with departments in identifying, selecting and hiring the right talent
  • Onboarding and facilitating the orientation program for the new talent
  • Work with the HR Head and HR Supervisor in ideating, designing and executing routine HR processes linked to HR deliverables or programs like payroll, performance management, compensation, benefit administration, employee engagement
  • Play active role in policy and process review
  • Advise departments on matters of employee discipline, productivity and resolve all employee-related conflicts
  • Work with the training department in ensuring the effective training plans (both cohort as well as individual)
  • Provide decision-making inputs to the HR Head based on insights from data analysis
