Lead all Cluster HR managers & Partner with Store Manager/ Area manager in Recruiting and onboarding staff as per company standards, ensure strict adherence to Budgets & Cost
Lead all Cluster HR managers in solving complaints and queries in helpdesk, work with CHR manager to help them navigate store issues effectively.
Partner with Managers and coach them effective performance management, feedback and process adherence. Ensure that performance improvement plans are implemented effectively along with team.
Partner with ER lead and Cluster HR managers in in conducting employee investigations as per the company guidelines. Recommend appropriate disciplinary action and implement the same.
Be the custodian of HR Policy and processes, ensure 100% percent adherence to the same and take effective people decisions accordingly.
Drive effectiveness of learning, focus on increasing productivity
Partner with Business and lead CHR Managers in ensure completion of allocated learning modules by employees
Partner with Managers in conducting assessments for L&D initiatives
Ensure adoption of Learning management system at store level along with CHR Managers
