Must be knowledgeable of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, and labor relations and negotiation in Saudi Arabia.
Interprets and explains human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations in Saudi Arabia.
Handles preparation of new employee visas, residency renewals, and transfers in coordination with the company GRO.
Assists in facilitating new employee requirements and needs in Saudi Arabia including but not limited to visa requirements, accommodation, transportation, drivers license, etc.
Administers compensation or benefits programs.
Maintains and updates human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
Confers with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
