- Assists Corporate Communications Officer ? Brand Identity in daily basis as assigned.- Works on designing print materials such as internal and external signage, vehicle sticker, wall graphics, ?newsletter, brochures, posters, flyers, cards and stationeries.- Works on designing digital materials such as infographics, announcements, emailers, presentations, optimized graphics and photos for website and social media- Provides support to Corporate Communications Department in design and print.- Provides support to Corporate Social Responsibility Department in design and print.- Aid in providing basic copywriting and sharing creative concepts.- Keeps and archives all materials provided by clients (e.g. CDs, photos, text documents, sample products, etc.)- Keeps accounts of all client inputs and corrections for each project and compile them.- Acts a photographer during company gatherings and events or as per service request.- Provide support to Group HR by taking ID photos of new hires and retouching and resizing the photos for ID card printing- Keeps all business card service requests and coordinates with Corporate Communications team in verifying if the job titles indicated in the request are approved by the Group HR.- Presents initial designs for review and polishing before presenting it to the client.- Regularly updates and follow ups on of all projects in progress.- Prepares final production artwork for all approved projects and coordinates with print suppliers during the printing stage.- Keeps records of all design projects and files them.- Works with the Corporate Communications Officers in designing the company advertisements.- Handles print quality checkup.- Complies in maintaining the security of company?s information assets at all times- Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager
