Job Description

Position Title: General ManagerEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 50K SAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Al Khobar, KSA About the Client: One of the leading, well-established EPC contracting companies in the Middle East.

  • Oversee and lead all operational activities of the company in Saudi Arabia
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and achieve operational objectives in alignment with the organizations overall mission and goals
  • Provide visionary leadership to the Project Division, setting clear goals and strategies for project execution; assist the CEO in establishing country level goals, objectives & targets
  • Generate business development plan with a vision of continuous increase in business share in the market
  • Represent the company at business promotion platforms, committee meetings, and at various formal & informal functions
