Job Description

The ideal candidate will be involved with journal entries, payroll, updating financial statements, preparing monthly financial reports, and conducting cyclical audits in conjunction with administrative activities. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen.Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
  • Prepare and post journal entries.
  • Perform account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of the general ledger.
  • Assist with the month-end closing process, including preparation of accruals and Advance payments.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the preparation of VAT returns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
