1.Maintains a record and custody of all assets including transfer, scrapping and abandonment, so that all assets are properly accounted for and controlled.2.Attends co-ordination meeting with FACMC (Fixed Asset Control & Monitoring Committee) for approval of asset scrapping or abandonment Follows up with Finance dept. for delisting of assets after approval.3.Participates with Finance dept. for annual verification of fixed assets and preparation of Capitalization of assets lists for completed projects and mobile assets.4.Manages the company?s assets to record and track all transactions relevant to the company?s assets.5.Entails conducting timely physical inventories of assets to validate the accuracy ofthe assets records and report any losses.6.Tracking existing fixed assets across all locations and monitoring efficiency.7.Helps the company to monitor and manage all fixed assets giving timely reports on productivity and performance of these assets.8.Responsible for fixed assets labelling, regular inspection andinventory in coordination with the respective storekeepers.9. Manages the complete life cycle of company assets that are owned, leased or licensed for the company.10. Administers and oversees the ongoing maintenance of the fixed assets.11. Tracks assets transfer.12. Uses standard accounting practices to record and track all transactions related to the company?s fixed/hard assets.
