Job Description

A Financial Controller is responsible for managing and overseeing all financial operations of a company. This includes creating financial reports, implementing strategies to improve financial performance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. They should also have excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise all financial activities of the organization.
  2. Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  3. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance profitability and minimize risks.
  5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  6. Monitor cash flow and manage financial transactions.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial plans.
  8. Manage and train finance and accounting staff.
  9. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
  10. Participate in financial audits and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  7. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  8. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office.
  9. Ability to manage and motivate a team.
  10. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
  11. Must be experienced in the ERP systems or SAP systems
