Job descriptionAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Facade Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, engineering, and execution of high-performance fa‡ade systems for various architectural projects. The Facade Engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that our fa‡ade designs meet both aesthetic and technical standards, while adhering to project timelines and budgets.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional looking to apply their expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where you will contribute to some of the most innovative building designs.Key Responsibilities

  • Facade Design & Engineering: Lead the design and engineering of fa‡ade systems that meet performance, aesthetic, and sustainability requirements.
  • Material Selection & Analysis: Collaborate with architects and structural engineers to select appropriate materials and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Technical Drawings & Specifications: Develop and review detailed technical drawings, design calculations, and system specifications using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or other industry-specific tools.
  • Testing & Quality Control: Oversee fa‡ade system testing, ensuring the systems meet safety, durability, and performance standards.
  • Project Management: Manage project schedules, resources, and technical deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of [3] years of experience in fa‡ade engineering or a similar role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or other relevant fa‡ade design and analysis software.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of fa‡ade materials (e.g., aluminum, glass, composite panels) and building codes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present complex information clearly.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
