The estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects, ensuring that all calculations are precise and reflect current market conditions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of Facility Management .

  • Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and required materials.
  • Gather and analyze data to estimate costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.
  • Prepare detailed estimates and budgets for various projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to discuss estimates and project requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market prices.
  • Prepare and submit bid proposals to clients.
  • Maintain organized records of estimates and bid documents.
  • Assist in the negotiation process with clients and subcontractors.
